I have over 20 years experience in the health industry working as a medical secretary in private practice, as well as being part of large departments in public hospitals to administrative and secretarial experience in the higher education fields.
Recently I have studied Graphic Design and Prepress which allows me to utilise my creative side and explore my fascination of the virtual world.

What is a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant is a self employed business service operator providing support for your business on a remote basis from their own office. A Virtual Assistant uses the latest digital technology and the internet to offer secretarial assistance where needed.
Using the internet you can send your information for typing from wherever you are to your own virtual secretary who is familiar with the way you like your work to be done.
How do I instruct Your Virtual Solution?
You can communicate with us via phone, email, downloads from a website, mail or courier.
How do I pay Your Virtual Solution?
We accept payment via cheque, direct deposit or Paypal. Our invoice will provide details.
"I don't know anything about digital dictation: "
Digital dictaphones work the same way as an analogue dictaphone. The only difference being instead of a tape being used for recording a multi media card is used which can then be downloaded to your computer and emailed anywhere for transcription. The digital dictaphone you use operates the same way as any analogue handheld or desktop model.
To submit transcription work digitally all you need to do is email the voice recording to me with a description of your perferred format .
