Terms and Conditions

1. All work is checked carefully before return to you but it is the client's final responsibility for proofreading completed work.
2. We accept no resonsibility for errors submitted by the client but will gladly correct any found by the client if the work has not yet been completed.
3. Any typing errors found in completed work will be rectified free of charge. Any redrafting of work made after completetion will incur costs at the normal rate.
4. Content remains the responsibility of the client and no liability will be accepted Your Virtual Solution for plagiariesed material supplied by a client. Your Virtual Solution reserves the right to return work should we become aware of inappropriate use.
5. Design work is to be paid for in installments of one third of quoted price prior to commencement. One third on the sign off of the agreed design and final payment on the completion of the work.

Billing

1. Your Virtual Solution requires up front payment from all new clients.
2. Payment is to be made within 7 days of invoicing via direct depost or cheque.

Privacy

Your Virtual Solution respects your right to privacy. Any personal information supplied to Your Virtual Solution will be used exclusively by us only to complete your work. Personal information is stored for billing and contact purposes only and will not be shared with any other parties.
